Hi Emil,

Formspider automatically evaluates the divider orientation following your panel placement in splitPanel XML.

If you have placed your panels to the left and the right of the splitPanel, the divider orientation is evaluated as vertical:

<splitPanel>
  <left panelName="panel1"/>
  <right panelName="panel2"/>
</splitPanel>

To use a horizontal divider, you have to place your panels to the top and the bottom of your splitPanel as follows:

<splitPanel>
  <top panelName="panel1"/>
  <bottom panelName="panel2"/>
</splitPanel>

Best Regards,
Ibrahim
