Hi,

I have a very strange situation. Thusfar my Formspider application seems to be running on all computers and browsers. But there is one customer with two Windows 7 computers running Internet Explorer version 11, and on these two computers the application does not appear. When i inspect the elements everything looks ok, so the html-code is present, but there is nothing to be seen.

I have set Internet Explorer 11 back to its default settings, removed all temporary files etc, but nothing helps.

On the same computer, the application can be executed with Google Chrome. So it has to do something with Internet Explorer. Does anyone have an idea?

Kind regards, Jan Willem Vermeer

Hi,

we are running our application with IE11 on Windows 8 and Windows 10 and have no problems at all. So, i expect that this is not a formspider nor IE issue, but some kind of setting in IE.

I have checked popup blockers, javascript settings and other security settings, but can find nothing wrong. Does anybody has an idea which setting in IE could cause Formspider to NOT appear?

Kind regards, Jan Willem
