Hi,

In order to display an image please set "url" attribute.

You can put your images into the Formspider middle tier deployment. For instance, If the location of your image is the below one:

C:Program Files (x86)GergerFormspider Serverapache-tomcat-6.0.29/webapps/formspider/icons/general/color.png

Then, the image XML should be like that (actually this is the relative path):

<image url="icons/general/color.png"/>

Or you can use any URL here:

<image url="http://theformspider.com/images/logo.png"/>

If you want to add an image from a database BLOB column, I think you could use the column= and dataSource= attributes of the <image/> component..

Hi Mazzel,

I need something like: <image url="value-from-db"/>. Images are stored in file system (not in BLOB).

Hmm, I'm sorry, but I can't think of a way to fill an attribute with a database column value... So, I'm out! :(

Hi Andrew, you can use api_component.seturl to set the url property of a component programmatically on the panel initiate event.
