Install formspider error

I install local formspider IDE, It finishs ok, i run tomcat and when i run IDE (http://127.0.0.1:8081/formspider/main.html?name=FormspiderIDE) i get this screen: ERROR : An error happen while initialization process executed using ByPackage method ORA-06512: at "LOCALFORMSPIDER.BDF_PANEL_MNG", line 328

ERROR : in_panel_oid :1606(init) errmsg : ORA-06550: line 1, column 12: PLS-00201: identifier 'P_1606.INITPANEL' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
