I had download Formspider1.9 and tried to install it on my test virtual mashine with Oracle 11.2 XE DBMS and Formspider1.8.1 (Paid) Installation. Installation process of 1.9 had not "Upgrade version" option, so I decided to instal it into another scheme "FORMSPIDER19". Installation screen offer to choose tablespace (default - SYSTEM), I changed tabelspace to "FORMSPIDER_TBS", but in spite of it installator use "SYSTEM" tablespace for installing FS-1.9 objects. Can you fix this glitch? How update FS-1.8.1 to FS-1.9 with paid developer license?

Hi Konstantine,

We send the upgrade scripts to our customers a few days after we release a new version. So stay tuned for the upgrade script please. Which company are you from?

Thank you for informing about the bug in the installer. We'll fix it as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,

Hi Konstantine,

Thank you for your reply. Could you please tell me the email address Metcombank used for the purchase, so that we can make sure it is included to the list we use to send upgrade scripts and new license scripts? I could not associate an email address with customer name alone.

Kind Regards, Yalim

I ask my chief about FS developer license. It was purchased for METCOMBANK's partner-organisation "Softline" (holder of all our software licenses). We'll charge "Softline" to contact with you about upgrading FS.

Hi Konstantine,

OK. No problem. The name Softline does not ring a bell either. Maybe they purchased under a different name? or maybe an individual working there purchased using his/her personal email address?

Kind Regards, Yalim
