Actual Jasper Reports usage allow to use only one connection configuration per Formspider Server.

Do You plan to make this configuration flexibile because now we can use only one JDBC connection settings in web.xml context?

Or how can i use different conenction for different application?

Hi Attila,

We took another look at the integration between Formspider and Jasper Reports. It seems to us that this integration does not bring any additional benefits compared to having a separate jasper reports installation. Therefore, we will not continue to improve this feature in Formspider anymore. We will keep the current integration in place for a while for backwards compatibility.

Anyone who is interested in using Jasper Reports with Formspider can simply continue to do so by just installing Jasper Reports separately. Calling a report prepared with Jasper Reports is as simple as calling a URL from Formspider.

So we recommend you to install Jasper Reports separately and simply make a call the the report URL from the Formspider application.

Kind Regards,
