I bought a new Windows 8.1 Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 and trying to install Formspider on it. The dialog box where we need to enter the DB credentials appears so small, and does not give an opportunity to scoroll down. All that I can see is Host (localhost), Port (defaulted to 1521),SID - myDB; Service Name: NONE. After that I am sure there are more fields at least 3 I guess. I am guessing the first one is the user name, and the second one is as password. I am not sure what is the third one (based on how many tabs it take to bring the control to the buttons (previous, next and cancel).

Did anyone had this issue with the resolution of the screen. Even if I decrease the resolution quite a bit, I cannot see what those are.

Any help to overcome this issue?

Thank you, Viswa

Yalim - Thank you for your reply.

I still have no solution. I see this issue about screen resolution Lenovo Yoga Pro2 in Microsoft forums, but do not have a solution that works (at least for me). I am in the process of Lenovo customer service. Once I have a solution, I will post it here.

I think if we had the "maximize" button enabled on the Formspider installation window, that would have helped.

Thank you.

the solution is to set the icon size to the minimum or 1 above minimum under the display settings. By default this setting will be on maximum size. After loging out and back in, all icons will be absolutely tiny. That's fine. Now just change the resolution to 1600 x 900 and you will see all windows as normal.

I read that the 3200 x 1800 resolution on the Yoga 2 pro is a software resolution and that the real resolution is actually the 1600 x 900. That's about all I know, not an hardware/OS specialist.

Hope it helps!
