Hello Team,

I can't remove application via File -> Delete Application (in the IDE).

I've got the next error:

Error while committing Datasource "BDF_Application":

Database: Oracle 11g Formspider: 1.7

This error occurs at two different instances of the Formspider and Database.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your feedback, this is a bug which is caused by a reference to one of the active instances of this application, we will fix it in the next version.

Formspider automatically deletes an application instance after not being active for 24 hours. Therefore, if you don't use existing application instances for 24 hours and don't start a new instance, you will be able to delete the application from the IDE.

Ibrahim

Can I remove an application using API after 24 hours (not in the IDE)?

Thank you, Andrew

Hi Andrew,

The instances which are inactive for 24 hours are deleted by Formspider through a daily job(which executes BDF_DELETE_OLDSESSIONS procedure existing in Formspider schema). After 24 hours, you can execute this procedure manually and then remove the application either using API or IDE.

Regards,
Ibrahim
