In addition to Formspider security authorization, is it possible, before starting Formspider application, to have a different Oracle System Authorization connection via Tomcat of that specified datasource in application, and have it thru the session as primary DB connection. I don't wanna have FORMSPIDER or Application Datasource Schema USER in the DB session. Or, in other words, I don't wanna FORMSPIDER or a APPDS response from SELECT USER FROM DUAL.

Hi Dusan,

What you want to achieve should be possible although currently we don't have a script to create this setup.

Formspider Middle Tier application communicates with the PL/SQL code in the database using a few procedures and functions. If access to these procedures&functions were granted to the Formspider Middle Tier through another schema which has the necessary grants and roles etc... everything would work properly.

Kind Regards,
Yalim

Thx. Are you planning to implement such functionality?
