Hi Raymond,

An example in tableLayout can be as following:

<panel>
  <tableLayout>
    <row height="100" >
      <cell/>
      <cell width="1" vAlign="Full">
        <line/>
      </cell>
      <cell/>
    </row>
  </tableLayout>
</panel>

In this example, the width of the line is 1 and the height is 100.
