Hi, I have an error when opening my local installation of FS. When the browser opens an error occurs: "An error ocurred. Please contact your system administrator". And there is a message java.lang.NullPonterException in tomcat. I looked through this (http://osqa.theformspider.com/questions/1841/an-error-ocurred-please-contact-your-system-administrator) lesson. But it didn't help me. |
Hi Smith, Please make sure that you are able to login to the formspider schema in your database. This error can be occured when the schema password is expired. Also, if you have changed the password since the installation, please make sure that the formspider schema password specified in your middletier is correct. If the explanations above do not help, you can re-install the middletier using Formspider installer (by selecting "Formspdier Middle Tier Components --> Use existing Tomcat Server installation" option). Note that you have to backup your custom images ve css files and copy them back to the reinstalled middletier. Hope this helps, Thank you very much! I appreciate your help!
