How can I identify which slice I have clicked in pie chart?

The slice you've clicked becomes the current row in the datasource of that PieChart.

So, you can use procedures in api_datasource to get the current row or column value.
(i.e: api_datasource.getcurrentrowid and api_datasource.getcolumnvaluenr can be used).
