Upgrade script from 1.3 to 1.4

Hi Anatoly, Yes of course it is. We share the upgrade scripts with customers who purchased a Formspider License. Tomas has a license. So if we could entice you to become a customer, we'd be delighted to share the upgrade scripts with you. :-)
