Hi,

I have a grid where I want to dynamically hide one or more columns. I am using API_COMPONENT.setVisible to set the Visible property to Y or N on the "column" depending on context but it does not seem to work.

I have tried referencing the column in the grid using panel_name.column_name and grid_name.column_name but neither have any effect.

The best I could manage was to hide the component displayed in the column (i.e. a textField) but this is no good because it leaves the header in place.

Thanks,

Craig.

Hi Craig, you should use api_component.setGridColumnVisible to show/hide grid columns.
