Hi

My installation process hangs on "Starting Tomcat".

I have change the default installation map directory the server to "C:\FormspiderServer"

No logs comes into the directory "C:\FormspiderServer\apache-tomcat-6.0.29\logs"

The last lines in the installation log are

16:12:26 INFO - Extracting Formspider Middletier application 16:12:32 INFO - Configuring context file 16:12:32 INFO - Engine resource name is formspider_ds 16:12:32 INFO - Copying files to Tomcat webapps directory 16:12:32 INFO - ---------------------------------- 16:12:32 INFO - Creating directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gerger\Formspider Server" 16:12:53 INFO - ---------------------------------- 16:12:53 INFO - Starting Tomcat

Notice its write the wrong map for the server installation.

The installation has also created the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gerger\Formspider Server" and under that directory there are 2 files tomcat_startup.bat and uninstaller.jar. All other files seems to be created under the rigth directory "C:\FormspiderServer"

Hello Arnar,

Starting tomcat may stuck because of operation system firewall settings and/or security settings. e.g In Windows, while starting Tomcat, a popup will show up and ask for permission to unblock tomcat process.

Besides that, for further investigation please send me the log file of the Formspider installer either via email(serdar.gokcen@gerger.co) or by attaching here.
